What does an HVAC TuneUp include?

  • Inspect y chemically clean condenser coil.
  • Clean out debris from insider condenser.
  • Inspect condenser fan blade for cracks and proper balance.
  • Check refrigerant charge levels and air flow, check for refrigerant leaks.
  • Check de run capacitor for bulging and/or unusual markings or color.drainage system.
  • Check the air filter, and replace or cleen, if needed.
